CreatorFlow OS (“we”, “us”) is built to help founders organize their ventures. We take privacy seriously and only collect what we need to run the product.

1. What We Collect

We collect the following information:

Account information. Your name, email address, and password (encrypted) so you can sign in and use the service.
Venture and project information. The ventures, domains, tools, costs, plans, and notes you choose to add inside CreatorFlow OS.
Usage data. Basic logs (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) used to keep the service running and secure.

2. Payments

All payments are handled securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment information you provide to them.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to provide and improve CreatorFlow OS — to authenticate you, store your ventures, send essential service emails, and keep the platform stable and secure.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Ever.

5. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will remove your data from our active systems within a reasonable time frame.
