Who We Are
CreatorFlow OS is a founder operating system built to help solo entrepreneurs and multi-venture operators organize their business information in one place. CreatorFlow OS is owned and operated by WhiteRain LLC, Florence, Oregon.
What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, including your name and email address. We collect information you enter into the app including app names, domain details, tool lists, business notes, and checklist data. We collect basic usage data to improve the product. We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve CreatorFlow OS, to send you account related emails including verification and password reset emails, and to provide customer support when you reach out. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service, specifically Supabase for database hosting and Stripe for payment processing.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. However no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The credentials vault is a reference log only. We strongly recommend storing actual passwords in a dedicated password manager. Do not store sensitive passwords or financial credentials inside CreatorFlow OS.
Your Rights
You can export your data at any time using the export feature inside the app. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
CreatorFlow OS is not intended for users under the age of 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make material changes.
